pizza dough from scratch

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all purpose flour
1.5 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
lukewarm water as required
1 tbsp olive oil

in a large bowl add flour,yeast,sugar, salt and mix
add the water and make a soft dough
add olive oil and knead the dough for about 8 mins
rest covered in a warm place for 60-90 mins

your pizza dough is ready!
wrap in cling film and store in the freezer for up to 3 months
