Компания Vera Clinic провела исследования, в котором участвовало 1500 человек возрастом от 15 до 65 лет. Все участники слушали музыку в разных жанрах в то время когда у них замеряли пульс, давление и активность головного мозга. В результате исследования выяснилось что, когда испытуемые слушали тяжелый метал у них снижалось давление, выравнивался сердечный ритм, а так же было отмечено что люди становились более спокойными. Доктор Омер Авланмыш подметил, что такое состояние без сомнений полезно для нашего здоровья…
